There was no statistically significant difference between the SDS-R levels of both disease groups but it was found to be clinically low. There was no significant difference in terms of the level of discomfort intolerance between patients with fibromyalgia syndrome and patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Patients who getting social support with fibromyalgia syndrome and patients who getting social support with rheumatoid arthritis was found that the distress tolerance level was higher. Patients with fibromyalgia syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis who received psychiatric treatment were found to have a lower level of SDÖ-T and SDÖ-Ö levels which are subscales of SDÖ.
