The effect of international diversification on finacial performance after the financial crisis: The case of Turkey in the 2004-2008 period

The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a relationship between companies? which are in production and service sector and which process in İMKB in 2004 international diversification and the financial crisis encountered in Turkey. Therefore, to investigate international diversification affects over the financial performance, multinationals with foreign direct investment are expected to be choosen.The contribution of this study is to comprise a Turkish sample in terms of developing countries. On the other hand, by examinig developing multinational corporations? outward foreign direct investment, the study seeks how international diversification affects financial performance after the crisis.
