Özet (EN)

In this thesis study, fluorine doped zinc oxide (ZnO), tin oxide (SnO2) and nickel oxide (NiO) nanoparticles were produced by solution combustion synthesis method as an electrode material for supercapacitors. For the fabrication of the electrodes, the synthesized fluorine doped ZnO, SnO2 and NiO nanoparticles were coated on Nickel foam by the blading method in form of film. The crystal structure and morphology of the obtained electrodes were determined using XRD, SEM, respectively and their electrochemical properties Electrochemical Impedans Spectroscopy (EIS) and Charge / Discharge curves were obtained by Cyclic Voltammetry (CV). In this study, it was observed that fluorine doped ZnO and SnO2 nanoparticle electrodes showed higher capacitance values than those of ZnO and SnO2 electrodes, while capacitance value of fluorine doped NiO electrode was lower than that of NiO electrode.
