Abstract (EN)
A novel selective PVC membrane solid-state microsensor was developed for fluoxetine (FX) that as using an antidepressant drug. The potentiometric performances of prepared FX-selective microsensors were tested under static conditions. This microsensor performed good behaviour (~60 mV/per decade) in fluoxetine solutions with a short response time (<12 s) and long life-time (4-6 weeks). The prepared FX-selective sensor exhibited a linear response towards fluoxetine in a wide concentration range (~10-2 -5x10-5 mol.L-1). The prepared sensor also exhibited good selectivity towards fluoxetine than the other ions with wide pH (3-8) and temperature (~10-30 oC) ranges. The prepared FX-selective potentiometric microsensor was successfully utilized for the determination of fluoxetine in pharmaceutical samples.
