Abstract (EN)

In this study some of the FMF diseases were analyzed in terms of symmetrical theory and some determinative degree. The genomic DNA sequence analysis using wide range of statical methods and various symmetry investigations is an extremely important tool in extracting hidden information about the dynamic process of evolution, especially after the availability of fully sequenced genomes. One of the greatest challanges of biophysics is the prediction of molecular structures. Biomolecules, especially the DNA, is in the focus of numerous efforts, because three dimensional structures of these molecules are essential for their function.The DNA sequences constiute the pirimary biological information. In response to a large amount of DNA information in the database, a new paradigm, now emerging, is that the starting point of the study will be theoretical cases where most gene sequence are known.This study suggests that none of the theories can be used ıtself in order to get some quantitative information about the genetic mutations. The analysis indicates that if both of theories were used some quantitave measurements and all defects in the DNA structure may be obtained.
