Özet (EN)

In this study lipid production from Fusarium proliferatum, Fusarium semitectum ve Fusarium culmorum was studied, and biodiesel production from these lipids was investigated. The effect of system parameters such as pH, carbon source type, nitrogen source type and presence of iron on lipid production was investigated. Fungal lipid exraction from fungal biomass was achieved and the exracted lipids were used in biodiesel production. Transesterification method was used in biodiesel production. Flash point, viscosity, sulfur content and carbon residue analysis were used in biodiesel characterization. In the result of study, maximum lipid production were found as 24.96g/L by Fusarium proliferatum. Flash point, viscosity, sulfur content and carbon residue properties of the biodiesel produced in this study was found as in the range of standards.
