Özet (EN)

In this study,The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of plyometric exercises for isokinetic development on the shooting speedstudies on the shooting speed to improve the isokinetic force. 18 amateur league footballers in study group (age; 21.16 ± 2.91 years, height; 176.50 ± 6.11 m., weight; 71.14 ± 2.12 kg., years of senior career 12.11 ± 2.58), and 18 amateur league footballers in control group (age; 20.88 ± 3.16 years, height; 177.35 ± 6.19 m, weight; 71.43 ± 2.04 kg., years of senior career 13.55 ± 2.43) participated voluntarily in this study. The peak torques values and average power values of knee extension movements and knee flexion movements of dominant and non-dominant leg of footballerswere determined in isokinetic force testat 600sn-1 and 1800sn-1angular velocities. an isokinetic dynamometer was used for isokinetic force tests (İsomed2000). Soccer players' shooting speeds were determined by pocket radar. Two leg vertical jumps and standing broad jumps measurements (distances) were determined by meter and jump meter. Spss Paired-T test was used to determine if there was a statistical differences between pre-test and posttest of performance tests. At 600sn-1 and 1800sn-1angular velocities There were no statistically significant differences to measurements of the peak tork and average power applied to dominant and non-dominant leg flexion and extension of footballers in the experimental and control groups (p>0.05). There was no statistically significant improvement in the shooting velocity of the dominant legs of the experimental and control groups (p>0.05). Unlike the control group, the experimental group showed significant improvement in the double leg vertical jump and broad jump measurements (p<0.05).
