Özet (EN)
The aim of this study is to demonstrate training plans and practices based on scientific data that the level of technical capacity in futsal branch can be revealed withan appropriate training model. Our research was conducted on male futsal athletes aged 14-17. A total of 32 athletes participated in the study voluntarily and were divided into two groups:interval training group (IG, n:16) and complex training group (CG, n: 16).The physical, anthropometric, motoric and technical capacities of the research groups were measured before the start of the study (pre-test) and after 8 weeksof regular training (final test).Since the data of the research group showed normal distribution (p>0.05), Paired Sample t-test was used for intra-group statistical analysis of variables and Independent Samples t-test was used for inter-group statisticalanalysis.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relations among quantitative variables. Statistical significance level was considered as p<0,05.There was a significant difference in the percentage of body fat, body weight, BMI,anaerobic strength, VO2max, pas, dripling, shot values of the complex training group after the training programs (p<0.05).There was a significant difference in intra-group body fat percentage, body weight, BMI, anaerobic strength, VO2max, pas, dripling values of theInterval training group (p<0.05).A significant difference in pas, dripling and ball bouncing was obtained in the statistical analysis between the groups (p<0.05). A significant relationship between physical, anthropometric, biomotoric and technical values was obtained when the relationship between the values of the research groups was examined (p<0.05; p<0.01).As a result, although complex and interval training models, athletes, physical, anthropometric, aerobic, anaerobic and technical capacity developed, according to the interval training model, the complex training model can be said to contribute more to the technical characteristics and performance of the athletes.Key Words: Aerobic, Anaerobic, Futsal, Interval Training, Complex Training, Tecnical
