Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effects of complex and combined training programs to high school students on biomotoric properties with scientific data. Our study was conducted on a total of 36 volunteer male futsal athletes in the 14-17 age range, including the combined training group (n:18) and the complex training group (n:18). Regular training programs were applied to the research groups for 8 weeks and the physical, anthropometric and biomotoric capacities of the research groups were measured before (pre-test) and after (final test) the training groups. Parametric tests were used for normal distribution of data of the research group (p>0.05). Paired samples t test was used for comparison of dependent groups and independent samples t test was used for comparison of independent groups. Pearson correlation test was used to examine the relationships between variables of groups. The analyses were evaluated at 95% significance level (p<0.05). After the training program complex training group and combined in the group of body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, VO2max, anaerobic power, vertical jump, back strength, leg strength, right hand grip, illinois agility, flexibility, flexibility (right leg), flexibility (left leg), speed 5 meters, 15 meters speed values, statistically significant differences were found (p<0.05). Statistically significant differences were found in body fat percentage, VO2max, vertical jump, back strength, leg strength, illinois agility and 10 meter speed (p<0.05). A significant relationship among physical, anthropometric and biomotoric values was obtained when the intergroup and intergroup relations of the research groups were examined (p<0.05; p<0.01). As a result, although the combined and complex training programs have improved the physical anthropometric and biomotoric capacity of the athletes, the complex training program can be said to contribute more to the biomotoric characteristics of the athletes than the combined training program.
