Abstract (EN)
The thesis work consists of five parts.In the first part, the thesis topic is given in the literature summary and in the second part basic definitions and theorems are given. In the third part, the operators of Transpose and Character are discussed and the characteristics of these operators are explained. In addition, the time- frequency change, Gabor transformation ( short time Fourier transformation) and its properties are given in detail. In the last part,the definition of Wigner transformation, its properties, and the relations between the Gabor transformation are mentioned.
