Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this thesis, search for nanoparticle-added polymer coatings effect on decreasing corrosion resistance of the sheet in the cutting areas. When galvanized steel sheet into the production stage ( cutting, bending etc.) zinc will going away from sheet. Therefore, corrosion resistance will decrease in the processing areas. Example, Due to the high temperature formed during the laser or plasma cutting processes of the sheets, the zinc coating is evaporated away from the cut areas. It is not possible to immerse the product in a zinc bath, both in terms of process and cost. Therefore envisage term is nanoparticle-added polymer coatings will increase the decreasing corrosion areas. Therewithal we are purpose add new ones to the usage areas of nanomaterials, of which many types have been developed and whose usage area has become widespread today. In addition to the existing tests and analyzes, the application of different characterization tests is also among the objectives of the study to determine life in boards made of nanocomposite coating. Many grain silos and handling equipment manufacturer are use galvanized steel sheet in AKSARAY and it was effect on determining this subject as a thesis topic. Thesis aimed is very useful for both of academic and sectoral knowledge and collaborations.
