Abstract (EN)
Product form queuing networks and generalized stochastic Petri nets (PNs) have emerged as the principal performance modeling tools for flexible manufacturing system (FMS). A flexible automotive manufacturing system used in this environment to react for some amount of flexibility that allows the system to react in case of changes, whether predicted or unpredicted, enables quick cell configuration, and the efficient operation, of cells. In this research, we attempt to propose a flexible automotive manufacturing approach, more over this approach should be used for modeling and analysis of shop floor scheduling problem of FMSs using high-level PNs. We assumed to implement efficient production control, this study provides an object-oriented Petri nets (OOPNs) approach to performance modeling. The graphical nature and mathematical foundation has made PNs based methods appealing in real-time scheduling and control for flexible automotive manufacturing systems (FAMSs) which gives a significant time advantage to real-time scheduling and controlling of flexible automotive manufacturing systems.
