Abstract (EN)
In this study, the antibacterial activities of ethanolic and methanolic extracts of Roccella phycopsis which belong to Roccellaceae familia and Flavoparmelia caperata which belongs to Parmeliaceae familia were investigated against test bacteria by using disc diffusion method and MIC methods.Antioxidant activities of extracts were determined by using DPPH. Radical scavenging activity, total fenolic content, total flavonoid content, ABTS.+ radical scavenging activity, metal chelating activity, TBA test methods. It is concluded that extracts can be a fine natural antioxidant and antibacterial sources because they have high antioxidant and antibacterial activities.
