Abstract (EN)

Entrepreneurship is one of the main functions of economic development. Entrepreneurship which is a cultural and social value is closely related with the concepts of innovation and information technologies. Importance of human capital in entrepreneurship can be derived from its effects on growth and development of businesses. Two key characteristics, knowledge and experience, underlie the concept of human capital and human capital in entrepreneurship is vital to innovation outcomes as well as innovation is related with the use of information technologies. This relationship between human capital in entrepreneurship, innovation and information technologies should be analyzed. In the world of globalization, IT playing the key role of change and actuality is also undertaking the basis of innovation and human capital in entrepreneurship. Organizations dealing with the IT management should tend to innovation efforts and need to work on different models and methods in order to differentiate themselves against global competition. In our globalized world where the growth and development no longer depend on individual factors, the rapid increase of technological improvement reveals the importance of innovation and human capital in entrepreneurship. Concept of innovation which is one of the most critical factors of micro and macro economic growth and development provides a competitive advantage and should be taken into consideration. So, in this study, relationship between IT, innovation and human capital in entrepreneurship was analyzed through the management based inferences.
