Abstract (EN)

This study depends on Murgul district of Artvin Province's KABACA Village" of naturally occurring gray bark (Picea orientalis) with its bark in red was performed with collected cones and seeds from the eastern spruce tree. Cones are made of seeds and seedlings morphological characteristics in order to reveal whether they differ. For this purpose, including the area from 5 different red barked spruce from 5 different gray bark and spruce trees belonging cones it is collected. Here taken from pine cones, seeds are extracted in a laboratory environment. Cone length and diameter, seed size, seed wing length, wingspan seed, 1000-seed weight and seed germination percentage was determined. The resulting seeds, according to the experimental design of random blocks in Artvin Coruh University greenhouse, planted to be repeated violet 3, was used again in the 144 seeds each. The resulting seedlings of cotyledon number determined hypocotyl length and seedling length were measured.
