Abstract (EN)

In the last century, daily life has been put under pressure by the context of modern capitalist social relations and bureaucratic methods. The individual under dominance in modern daily life has struggled by developing various strategies and tactics according to his own self by opening the gap in the uncontrollable parts of daily life. Both art and everyday life have increased in importance especially in the years when social change has been fastest. They have exhibited approaches to art, culture, and thought, influencing the flow of both the art and daily life routines of leading art movements such as Surrealism and Dada. At this interrupted door, the handling of daily life practices in the art continues today, gaining momentum markedly. In Turkey, the modernization process, the neo-liberalist policies and the results of the rapid change caused by the September 12, 1980 military coup was also reflected in daily life. In my research, daily life art relation has been tried to be explained by focusing on artist and art work in general. With this change, the art of reflection of daily life, the daily life of the artists, the sensitivity of daily life and the efforts of daily life comprehension have been taken up within the scope of this theses from different angles. According to these examinations, I tried to better understand the subject with examples from my own work with reference to daily life.
