Özet (EN)

The resources of natural aggregates, which have the highest ratio in concrete and form the skeleton of concrete, show a remarkable decrease. For this reason, the search for alternative aggregate sources has begun. Recycled concrete aggregates are just one of these alternative aggregates. In this thesis, it is aimed to investigate the use of lightweight concrete waste as a recycling material in concrete technology. In this context, 3 different aggregates, which are thought to be alternatives to lightweight aggregates that can be used in lightweight concrete production, were used. Control series designed as normal concrete (NB), lightweight concrete (HB) and composite lightweight concrete (KHB) and diversified concrete series with these 3 different waste light recycling aggregates were produced. In the study, except for the NB series, the cement dosage was chosen as 400 kg/m3. The maximum aggregate particle diameter was determined as 25 mm. Unit weight, specific gravity and water absorption tests were carried out on the aggregates. Pumpable concrete consistency (16-21 cm) was chosen as the fresh concrete consistency and the unit weights of the produced fresh concrete were determined. The produced concrete series were subjected to ultrasonic sound permeability test (USG), compressive strength and splitting tensile strength tests after 7, 14 and 28 days of water curing. The test results were evaluated by comparing with the control samples. In this direction, it has been determined that light concrete wastes can be used as a recycling material in concrete technology.
