Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to reveal the political structure of Hakkari between 1946-1960. The Mosulissue has alsoa ffected Hakkari due to the Nasturîpopulation density, and it was left to mutual negotiations between th eparties in nine months, which could not be resolved in the Lausanne Peace Treatysigned on 24 July 1923. Ankara dated June 5, 1926 with the Treaty of Mosulunder British mandate of Iraq while leaving the Hakkari according to the National Pact remained within the borders of Turkey. After this date, Hakkari became a province. Although it has a challenging geographica lstructure, this region has been deprived of many activities. Political and economic crises in the world in this period closely influenced also naturally Turkey, the country's politics and economy were shaped by him. In this process, the discussions within the Republican People's Party (CHP), which was the only party between 1923 and 1950, paved the way for the formation of a new party. During this period, Turkey's multiparty system has been indication that go to ward a democratic political life of the country to pass. The birth of the Democratic Party (DP) focused on the law of grounding the farmer in the speeches made at the rallies and Hakkari continued to remove MPs from the CHP until 1950, although he gained the trust of the people. The political and economic crisis experienced by the DP in the 1950-1954-1957 elections also reflected Hakkari, and politics progressed in this region in direct proportion with the country. While the main source of the study was the documents of the Presidential Republic Archive and the Turkish Grand National Police Ceremonies, reference works, articles and theses wer eused.
