Legal liability caused by tort

Liability Law which plays an important role on our internal law and founding of social community is one of the most comprehensive and common subject in private law, Turkish Code of Obligation. In this context, It is widely regulated to compensate for the demages of the ones demaged by tortfeasor in terms of Fault Liability as well as Strict Liability on The Code of Obligation. In this study, Legal Liability Caused By Tort is examined in three sections. These are Tort Law, Liability Law, Tort Liability Law and Fault Liability Law, Strict Liability and terms and conclusions of Legal Liability Caused By Tort respectively. The purpose of this study is to define the conditions of Fault Liability and Strict Liability and differences between them according to doctrine and jurisdical decisions and to set forth some toughts regarding Legal Liability Caused By Tort.
