Khalifa Yusuf Bayazid's life, works and his views on sufism

Our study is about the life, works and mystical views of Caliph Yusuf Bayazidî. Caliph Yusuf Bayazidî is a scholar, sufi, professor and author who is seen as the representative of the tradition known as the Ahmed-i Hani School in the 20th century. After completing his theology education in the important oriental madrasahs of the period, he joined the Qadiri and Naqshbendi tariqas and received ijazah from both of them. Caliph Yusuf, who is rather known to act according to the methods and manners of the Naqshbandi tariqa, gave importance to the unity of shariat-tariqa, exoteric thology-esoteric theology and dervish lodge-madrasah. He encouraged irshad to be done together with theology by having madrasahs built in the places where he worked. Caliph Yusuf, became a prolific personality by writing works in many fields compared to the oriental scholars of whom he was a contemporary. In addition to the works he wrote in the field of basic Islamic sciences, it is seen that he wrote works in the field of positive sciences such as literature and mathematics.
