Abstract (EN)

Halil Rıza Ulutürk is one of the prominent poets and academicians in Azerbaijan Literature during the Soviet Union era (1920-1991). In the Soviet geography, he met with local and foreign poets and intellectuals of the era he lived in, and was a personality who created his own artistic and ideological style. This situation shows itself in terms of both the language and the subject used in his works. The importance he gives to the use of Turkish and his prominence as an intellectual in the Azerbaijani Freedom movement against the oppressive Soviet regime put him in a different place among his contemporaries. In this study, the five poetry books of Halil Rıza Ulutürk named Seven Gözler (1959), Gollarını Geniş Aç! (1963), Doğmalıg (1977), Menden Başlanır Veten (1988), Davam Edir 37 (1992) were transferred from the Cyrillic alphabet to the Latin alphabet. In line with the findings, determinations were made on the life, art and works of the poet. In terms of structure, the verbs were examined as simple, derived and compound verbs, and examples were given on the structures determined in the poems. Participle adjective suffixes are handled according to their tense expressions. Adverbial clauses were also classified according to affixes and, the structures and meanings of affixes were determined. Based on the poems, the verb conjugations in Azerbaijani Turkish were classified and analyzed as declarative and modal moods. Their conjugations were evaluated according to the persons and examples were given. In the dictionary part, the Turkish equivalents of the words were given and an index was made.
