Abstract (EN)

In our globalising World, the development of technology has positively affected the aviation sector (as well as the other sectors) and sector continues its development positively. When it comes to traveling by air, the concept of service, which means that only the passenger is taken from one place and moved to another place, changes and continues to evolve. This development with the variation of services in the aviation sector, ensured that the passenger, that is, customer satisfaction, to be at the forefront. In order to ensure the satisfaction of the airline's passengers, the services they provide to their passengers must continually improve and improve their quality. In this research the passenger profile of Gaziantep (6th great city in Turkey in terms of population) has been identified in Gaziantep. A questionnaire was applied to the passengers traveling by air in Gaziantep and it was tried to determine the satisfaction of the passengers regarding the demographic conditions of the passengers, the services taken before the flight, the services taken during the flight and the services taken after the flight. Today, with the effect of competitive conditions, many airline companies organize campaigns and make very cheap ticket sales. If the passengers ask for these tickets they can buy tickets at a very low cost by following these campaigns or pay a very high fee to get one of the few seats left open for last minute sales. In this context, it was tried to determine what the passengers were paying attention to when deciding to buy tickets except for the fare. With this study, the results that will be closely related to airline companies have been put forward and suggestions have been made to airways.
