Abstract (EN)
Content of our thesis consists of Lover Heyder's story repertory and his analysis. In introduction, after giving information about Hemedan and South Azerbaijan we mention the folk literature of the region. After such knowledge, information is given about the minstrel tradition that has still been in existance influently. And under the last title of introduction the limited folk literature studies about South Azerbaijan that has population over million are aproached. In the first part of the thesis Lover Heyder's life is told in details then in the second part of the thesis fifteen stories compiled in Hemedan are analysed for plot, time, setting, staff, language and style. Fifteen stories compiled in field appear in the last part of the thesis. During the decipherment of the texts a completely phonetic transcription is not used. Because the case of showing all the sound and structure features of texts is out of our profession and also it can make the text difficult to understand for the folk literature researchers who are our main target group. So the sounds are benefited from Turkish alphabet sounds spoken in Turkey, for 'x' (wheezy h) for 'q' (k formed in back palate) are used. Moreover word frames and Persian phrases in the text are given as in original.
