Abstract (EN)

The research was conducted in order to examine the impact of the organizational climate on organizational creativity perceptions in nurses. The research, planned in the descriptive and relationship-looking design, was carried out on 625 nurses in two public hospitals in Kocaeli province. Data; Sociodemographic Features and Job Features Questionnaire was collected using Organizational Climate Scale and Creativity Scale. In the evaluation of data; descriptive statistical analyses (mean, standard deviation, median, frequency, percentage, minimum, maximum), Shapiro-Wilk test, student's t test, Mann-Withney U test, One-way ANOVA, Games-Howell test, Kruskal Wallis test, Dunn-Bonferroni test, Pearson correlation analysis, Spearman correlation analysis, Regression and Lineer Regression analysis were used. The mean age of the nurses participating in the study was 31.73±5.89, 87.3% graduated from a bachelor's degree, 71.5% were married, and 33.6% had professional experience between 6 and 10 years, It has been found that 56.8% of the working time in the institution is 5 years and less, 45% work in internal services, 92.2% are nurses, 77% are staffed, 87.4% work day and night, 45.3% work 40 hours a week and 59.5% are interested. The total score average of the nurses' organizational climate was 2.90±0.29 and the organizational creativity scale was 124.42±15.18. A moderate, moderate, significant relationship was found between the total scores of nurses in the organizational climate and the total scores of organizational creativity (r=0.492; p=0.001; p<0.01). It has been observed that the organizational climate levels and organizational creativity perceptions of nurses are moderate and the perception of organizational creativity increases as the level of organizational climate increases. The regression analysis model shows that organizational creativity perceptions of nurses are determined by the levels of Organizational Commitment, Supportive Climate, Human Relations, Negative Interaction and Innovative Climate (p <0.01).
