A comparison of the Hevayi̇'s Work Di̇van-i Hi̇cv-i̇ Gazelli̇yat-i Nabi̇ wi̇th the Nabi̇'s Work Di̇van

In 17. Century Classical poetry, the usage of folk speech revealed by local trend became widespread. The usage of folk speech which became an art in the first class poet's hands, caused banalization of poem speech in the second class poet's hands. This is the most important reason which revealed the poetry differences between Nâbî and Hevâyî. Hevâyî's hezls are prooves of banalization of poem language. Our aim in this study is to reveal how two poets used poem language differently. To reach our aim, we tried to determine comporising Hevâyî's analysis written in the nazire way to Nâbî's lyrics and meaning discrepancies and poets' point of view to the life.
