In conclusion, I made the definition of a researcher in the selection of an appropriate definition for Migration . In the second chapter, I stood on the historical stages which got migrations and its landmarks and features in the Koran became clear and what came in Sunnah and biography of the Prophet having the ancient migrations which marked by the migration of the prophets then I pointed to the migration of the Prophet and the Companions and how to take advantage of the Two Migrations to get to the correct deduction idiosyncratic. I added at the end of the chapter the talk about the modern migrations and the difference between the old and the modern migrations. It came in the third chapter under the name of types of migration and their motives and varieties immigrants. At first I explained types of immigration and related jurisprudential provisions. I classify immigrants to classes so as to facilitate our legitimate position of each case and fittings associated with motivated immigrants to the West Countries -because of its impact in idiosyncratic rule. I shed light on the motives and causes of migration. But in the fourth chapter, entitled to the provisions of the Immigration in the modern era, I explained the provisions in the case of immigrant and the motivation of shara that got him out of his country and Immigration to other countries in the light of contemporary realities and according to the controls and legitimate purposes. In conclusion it came in a summary with the most important and most prominent findings of the research.
