Abstract (EN)

In the thesis study, 12 acylhydrazone derivatives were synthesized from the hydrazide compounds determined and biological activity tests were carried out. In the first stage of the study, acylhydrazone derivatives (3a-l) were synthesized by reacting the prepared hydrazide derivatives (2a-l) with furan-2-carboxyaldehyde and Pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde under acid catalysis. The chemical structures of the synthesized molecules were elucidated using spectroscopic techniques such as FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C APT-NMR. In the final stage of the study, the antioxidant, antimicrobial and anticancer activities of the synthesized derivatives were investigated using biochemical methods. As a result of experimental studies, it was determined that all substances had a significant effect on the microorganisms used in the anti-cancer activity trials of the compounds used. It was determined that the compounds had important and different biological activities under in vitro conditions. Key Words: hydrazide, hydrazone, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-cancer.
