Abstract (EN)

The era of Rashidun Caliphs is the time when the İslamic soceity has become very strong economically. This economic empoverment has both negative effects and the positive effect such as the development of the country, the development and the housing and the peopel's giving in prosperity. However as in every society especially in this day's İslamic society, this enrichment is a set of acts of corruption and mischief. This movement of corruption and mischief is an act we believe, which is based on economic reasons, although political, ideological and tribal elements are hidden in the enriched islamic society. The period of Hz. Ebûbekir whose period both is short and close to the life of prophet Muhammed and also thanks to the justice and honest administration of Hz. Ömer any significant negativity wasn't suffered in these two periods. İn the period of Hz. Ali, there has been a time when thorns were severed between the İslamic ummah and the actual and supposed conflict. Espicially when it came to the Hz. Osman period, some of the tribes and individuals who were suddenly become rich couldn't carry out the responsibilites of this richness and the movements of profanation was arisen. The people like Ebû Zer appeared who tried to undertake the duty of warning the İslamic ummah.
