Abstract (EN)

19th C. is formed, on one hande, by Industry and on the other hand by thoughts and ideas that appears wüth French Revolution and way of life resulting from these processes and takes its place in the history as a struggle of nations. This struggle accelerates for Ottoman Empire especially during the processes that beings with 1877-78 Ottoman-Russian War and this gorgeous Turkish States faces up scattering.All imperialist games become clear after England gives up its milenium policy to support Ottoman Empire and it begins to be debated evidently how tos hare this state. In this sense, intrigues and provocations carried out within Ottoman Empire increas highly, this situation even comes to a point that Russia and England direct some minorities.
