The evaluation of Ibn Gudamah's opinions about the Shafi̇'i section in the wedding section of the work named al-Mughni

This study, in which we aimed to evaluate the views of Ibn Qudamah's work al-Mughni related to the Shafi'i sect in the wedding section, consists of four parts: introduction, two main parts and conclusion section. After giving brief information about the subject, purpose and method of the research in the introduction section, a general information about the life of Ibn Qudamah, his scientific personality and his works, especially al-Mughni, will be given in the second section. After giving a general information about the wedding in the third section, the opinions related to the Shafi'i sect in the wedding section of al-Mughni, which we are based on in our study, will be evaluated by comparing them with some basic sources belonging to the Shafi'i sect. In the conclusion section, the opinions related to the Shafi'i sect in the relevant section of the aforementioned work will be classified as the same as the Shafi'i sect or as one of the two opinions contained in the sect or as being in intra-sectarian conflict.
