Abstract (EN)

Technological developments bring innovative solutions to researchers and users in many areas. In the light of these developments; A number of methods have been developed in order to produce faster and less costly data in the field of surveying. Equipped with unmanned aerial vehicles with cameras, aerial image acquisition and orthoimage processing in the field of photogrammetry have become easier and faster. As well as faster and easier production processes, the high accuracy and quality of the produced orthoimage is an important feature. Although the quality and accuracy criteria vary according to the equipment and method used, the basic photogrammetric principles must be applied in the aerial image acquisition and ortho imagery production processes. The studies and articles about the production of orthoimagery using UAV images are examined. In this thesis, spatial accuracy standards and requirements in geographical data production published by American Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Association (ASPRS) as an international standard are examined. In addition, accuracy, standards and control principles related to photogrammetric production studies of Large Scale Map and Map Information Production Regulation which includes national standards were also examined. In a sample application, photogrammetric process steps were applied as described in the study in an area where images were obtained by UAV. Finally; The produced orthoimagery was evaluated by comparing the accuracy standards of photogrammetric production studies of ASPRS and BÖHHBÜY.
