Abstract (EN)

In this study, the crime of murder and the state of the perpetrators of the province of Erzurum were examined and the information about the socio-economic structure of the region was gathered through the perpetrators.The main aim of the study is to understand the reasons that push the perpetrators to crime and to obtain detailed information about the period. In this context, the Attendants of the Custody and the Ceraim-i Umumiye Rulers were examined. The events and the perpetrators of the events are detailed. The name of the perpetrator and the victim, the sex, the place of the incident, the situation of desertion, the attitudes of the officers about the incident and the parts of the study that show how the incident.In the same way, the ceraim-i umumiye rulers also provide extensive information about the.Significant results have been obtained regarding the education and economic status of the perpetrators. II. In the period of the Constitutional Monarchy period, internal security and public order were violated due to the wars of the Ottoman Empire.There have been security breaches in the border regions. This has led to an increase in the amount of crime.The crimes committed in the Ottoman Empire were registered to the Cases of Violence and Violence, thus it was possible to collectively evaluate the crimes committed in the provinces and the accidents. As a result of the study II.
