Abstract (EN)
In this study, energy harvesting from bistable piezoelectric materials was investigated. Numerical simulations were carried out using the STONEHENGE software, parameter scans were performed, and a Python-based optimization algorithm was employed to evaluate system performance. Initially, the excitation frequency was set to Ω = 0.8 and the excitation amplitude to f = 0.147, while optimization results revealed that the optimal values were Ω = 1.181129, and f = 0.4734. Under these parameters, the maximum power output was obtained as 69.052 mW, and it was observed that the nonlinear coupling coefficient (β) significantly affected the energy efficiency. In addition, the OGY method was applied to drive the system from a chaotic regime into a stable periodic regime, thereby increasing the predictability of energy generation. As a result, bistable piezoelectric systems have been demonstrated to offer high potential for energy harvesting applications.
