Abstract (EN)
Antioxidant is a defence mechanism in the human body preventing the occurence of oxygen types and the damage generated by them. They are used for neutralizing free radicals. The presence of antioxidants activity indicates the presence of the defense mechanism against the various diseases in the human body. Elastase in lungs, vein walls, lymphs and skin is a group of serine protease and it has the feature of discrimination of elastin which is an important protein of connective tissue. Anti?elastase activity is effective for preventing the occurance of various diseases in skin. Tyrosinase is an oxygen oxidoreductase. It is specific for tyrosine and dihidroxiphyenil alanine. It is a copper containing enzyme. It has the superior ability to remove phenols. Anti?tyrosinase activity is effective for pigmentation of skin, hair and eye. It produces melanine layers on plants and insects. In this study, activities of for the first time synthesized Schiff base compounds containing of 1,2,4-triazole, inhibitor effects on elastase and tyrosinase enzyme are investigated spectrophotometrically.
