Abstract (EN)

Education starts with the primary enterprise. After start to school, children spend to the vast majority of their times in school. In this sense, motivation of children in primary school, children's efficiency, physical conditions of schools for physical and cognitive development are very significant. Classrooms in primary school are places where processibg of different content classes. Because of that, group work in classrooms in primary schools, events, presentations, show, different fields of action should be established for experimetal activities. In this context, there in forcement of the classroom as much as complionce in terms of dimensional form, material should have flexible use. In addition, the physical environment of space, efficiency of the students, be in optimum comfort conditions for concentration and health are significant. Therefore, to increase the efficiency of the student's education structures and features classrom, physical, psycho-social, to meet all requirements in terms of health and softy must be designed according to ergonomic principles. The first step is to analyze the compliance with the ergonomic design principles of the classrooms in the educational structures and signs the fixing in place regarding the current status of classrooms in the three located in Rize central primary school in this study aims to providere commendations on the design principles to be consideced in the interior design, interviews and survery were done. These classrooms, size, space of form for organizations, pyhsical environment (visual comfort, thermal comfort) comformity to equipand children's anthropometric dimensions were evaluated ergonomically. In the first part, identifying the problem, the purpose of the study and assumptions, traning concept, history of education, the education system in developed country and in our country, the philosophy of education and in education and system, education and children, education and space, and about the classrooms are given. In the second part, work spaces and methods of operations are explained. In the third part, dealth with the scape of work done by students in private schools findings on interviews with teachers and administrators. In the fourth parth on-site due dilligence findings obtain by the findings of survey and evaluation in accordance with ergonomic design principles are discussed in the literature section. The fifth and final section, the over all results of the study and researcher has some suggestions for practitioners and administrators.
