Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, we seek to expound ? The efficiency of school administrators in improving the performance of female teachers, who work in primary schools?. Moreover, in this study, the impetus of variables, such as martial status, duty specification, year of service and number of children, on participators was examined.563 personal, who are composed of principals, assistant principals and female teachers working in 59 primary schools of Afyonkarahisar province, participate in this study.A survey consisting of 32 questions was created in order to determine the effectiveness of school administrator in improving the performance of female teachers serving in primary schools. The data obtained from this questionnaire are analyzed with the help of statistics computer package. Being convenient to the aim of this research, frequency (f) and percentage (%) calculations are applied so as to demonstrate the personal information, comments and views of teachers, directors and assistant directors, who participate in survey. A factor and confidence analysis is conducted in order to determine the structural validity of the survey utilized in this study. The items, which are less than 0,45 factor load and are inadmissible, are removed from sample. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) statistic is computed as 0.91 and the value internal consistency coefficient calculated for confidence study is observed as ? =0.93. the results related to confidence studies depict that survey has a confident structure.As the results of the study are explored, it is concluded that school administrators are effective in improving the performance of female teachers working in primary schools. Martial status is not found to be effective factor in the performance improvement, however, year of service and numbers of children are effective factors in the performance improvement.
