The organizational health views of teachers working in the primary schools

The aim of this study is, determining and comparing the opinions of classteachers who are working at primary schools in Ümraniye, İstanbul. The subject of this study is teachers opinions about organizational healt and processing the school organizations health, who are working in primary school. The universe of this study are, 2500 class, counsellor, preschool, private ducation, and branch teachers who work at 48 primary schools in vuho work in of Ümraniye, İstanbul in Ümraniye 2012-2013 counsellor preschool, private education 401class, counsellor, preschool, private education and branch teachers participated to the study vuhowork in13 primary schools in Ümraniye. Five Likert Scale, seven individual variables, 48 articles, 10 dimention guestionaire are used as a data collection resource in research. The poll consists of two units. Personal data is avvailable in the first unit, and the opinions of teachers about the accuracy of the organizations take place in the second uni a Teachers vievs on organization health in primary schools in Karakuş, Elazığ 2008. The SPSS (Statistical package For Social Science, 15) packet program was used for the statistical analyses of the dat which result from the study. Frequency, rating, arithmetical average, Standard deviations, ?t? test are used in the study for the analitics of the data, and the cap of faults is accepted as 0,05. It?s understood from the research results that, teachers who work at primary schools have positive opinions about the accuracy of organizations. The dominant opinion is that the accuracy of organizations are focussed on the organizational purposes of the school, in accordance with their opinion it?s understood that the other dimensions of the accuracy of organizations remain on a low level.
