The effect of bornout on i̇ntenti̇on to leave i̇n pri̇mary school teachers: Aksaray sample

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of burnout (emotional burnout, depersonalization, personal accomplishment), on intention to leave. As an experimental reserch, a survey is answerd by 457 including primary teachers from 49 schools which have operation in public sectors in Aksaray. Avestionaires (appropriate with the aim of research) were analyzed by using percentage, frequency, t-test, univalve direction variation analysis (ANOVA), test of Tukey HSD, Correlation analysis, regression analysis with the aim of the research and in all of the statistical procedures the meaningfulness level was taken as p: .05. According to the results obtained in then research, Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization and Personal Accomplishment level were at high rates in the fifty age and over teacher group. It was understood that sex didn't make any difference on teachers burnout and intention to leave levels. Emotinal burnout, depersonalition and personal accomplishment pozitif effect on intention to leave.
