ABSTRACT A CRITICISM OF SKILLS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP INVOLVED IN THE CURRICULUM OF SOCIAL STUDIES AT PRIMARY EDUCATION SCHOOLS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OPINIONS OF TEACHERS. Dr. Faruk KAYA June 2016, 105 pages This dissertation aims to evaluate the units, skills, materials, efficiency of teaching methods and teaching periods involved in the development of career conscious and entrepreneurship in the curriculum of Primary Education Schools, in accordance with opinions of teacher. In this context, the phenomenology of pattern which is one of the qualitative research is used.Survey data are collected due to the interview forms. Data collected is interpreted and worked out., Together with developing technology and modern approaches, new generation have difficulty in recognition and choice of profession. Students of primary education schools, high schools and universities are exposed to the effects of role models, not knowing their own characteristics, individual concerns and skills. In these circumstances, they get into troubles such as being off, being unhappy and being bored with their professions. In order to minimize these and these like problems, major solutions can be produced, emphasizing on the development of career conscious and entrepreneurship within the context of 21st century skills. Educatianal institutions play a major role in entrepreneurship and the development of career conscious, aswell. These institutions have importance in making the culture of career conscious, teaching of entrepreneurship and widespreading throughout the country. We have to discern that the case of entrepreneurship can be constructed thanks to the education and we have to pass down the culture of entrepreneurship.
