The state and behavior-based communication problems thatthe primary school teachers admission with management

In this study, it is aimed to determine the communication problems based on the status and behavior of primary school teachers. It will be determined whether there is a significant difference between teachers' opinions according to gender, marital status, age, duration of service, duration of service at the institution they work for, education level, branch and whether or not they have children. Screening model was used in the study. The research was carried out in the primary schools of Maltepe district of Istanbul in 2017-2018 academic year. There are 250 primary school teachers in the sample. The survey consisted of three parts. The first part consists of eight questions in the form of personal information and the second part consists of two sub-dimensions related to behavior and status. There are 14 items in the first dimension and 11 items in the second dimension. To obtain the research data, analyzes were made by using SPSS 21.0 program. When the reliability analysis of the questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha) was calculated, Alpha = 957. It is seen that the questionnaire has high reliability. Frequency (N) and percentage (%) values were calculated for independent variables. The independent t test. Was used to determine the difference between the independent means and the ANOVA test alar was used to determine the difference between the two independent means. Some of the results obtained after the findings of the research are as follows: Primary school teachers do not have any communication problem based on behavior. Primary school teachers have partial communication problems with managers. The communication problems faced by the primary school teachers show a significant difference in terms of the age variable. It was determined that primary school teachers who were between 20-29 years old gave more positive answers. The communication problems faced by the primary school teachers in terms of the service year variable in the institution they work in show a significant difference. The communication problems faced by the primary school teachers have a significant difference in terms of educational status.
