Orientation problem of the imams

Since being created, human being faced big and small problems and have continued life with solution – focused way to these problems. These problems sometimes appears individually and sometimes socially in front of us. The problems which affect the mind, body and soul of the man have prevented adaptation and integration of people into society. Cohabitation, societal life and holistic life which are the sine qua of the living conditions and cornerstone of continuation of life duration and are the result of individuals' relation of each other. Under this unity and integration framework it is necessary that people must live in harmony to continue their lives integrated and complementary way with each other. Our world has become smaller and getting globalized in every passing day. So in such a world also with great effect of the technology each person is meeting new people, new cultures and is trying integrate faster than before. As there benefits also there are some problems which come out because of this fast urgency. In this study new imams' orientation period was researched in terms of adaptation to village public. Orientation problems were also researched against the responsibilities of their professions, as not just against for the villagers but for all professions. In this study, problems were discovered by the face to face interview questions which were prepared by the researcher. As this study's aim is to explain religion as it is his holy duty, while being adapted quickly to the public imam should perform his duty by not making people displease and weary. And before starting his duty the importance of adaptation, training, socialization, integration concept were revealed in this period and the problems which occur when the imam could not pass from this period, were investigated.
