Abstract (EN)

It is called Fiqh in the branch of science in which the worship, treat and ukulele which are the results and reflections of the relations of Muslims with their lords against the people and the results and reflections of their relations with other people. The basic principles built on the science of fiqh are Qur'an, Sunnah, Icma and Kıyas. Naturally, it was not possible for people to benefit equally from the actual sources because of the diversity in the nature of creation and the diversity of knowledge and experience they gained in life. However, scholars / masters / muctehids who benefited from the first sources and guided other people throughout history have always existed. However, not all of these scholars have benefited from the resources equally. Some have benefited from resources in an independent way, while others have been able to benefit from these sources by adhering to the rules and rules set by other scholarsThis has led to the emergence of degrees of acceptance or of mufti layers as we have stated in our study. In order to be able to benefit from the above-mentioned scholars in a manner that is appropriate and appropriate to the person, it is necessary to understand the incident between the inspector and the founder and to know the layers of mufti.
