Abstract (EN)

In this study, bioremediation of insecticide that has an active ingredient of imidacloprid which is widely used in the Mediterranean region of our country on the cultivation of cotton, pistachio, tomato, pepper and eggplant has been investigated via some soil bacteria. Agricultural soil for isolation of bacteria used in this study are gained in a cotton culcivation are from Alihocali main street in Adana province. Fort his purpose isolated and enriched bacteria added to prepared based advised concantrations of insecticide in agricultural area and in seven-fourteen days period, each 24 hours, chemical oxygen demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), total organic carbon (TOC), pH and dissolved oxygen parameters are performed and bioremediation studies monitored. For his purpose, isolated and enriched bacteria are added to both liquid and artifical agricultural field and changing of these parameters are monitored once a week from the filtrates gained from this liquid and soil media.
