Abstract (EN)
To investigative phytoplankton and epilithic algal flora of İncüvez Stream(Bulancak), stone and water samples were taken periodically from the defined stations between June 2017- May 2018. Countings and identifications of the samples were made. Thereby, seasonal variations of the algae were determined. A total of 58 taxa were identified belonging to divizyo of Ochrophyta (45 taxa), Chlorophyta (5 taxa), Cyanbacteria (4 taxa) , Charophyta (2 taxa) and Euglenophyta (2 taxa) in the phytoplankton of İncüvez Stream. A total of 54 taxa were identified belonging to divizyo of Ochrophyta (49 taxa), Chlorophyta (1taxa), Cyanobacteria (1 taxa), Charophyta (1 taxa) and Euglenophyta (1 taxa) on epilithic algae of İncüvez Stream. Ochrophyta members were rich in species diversity and intensity in the algal flora of İncivez Stream. The amount of chlorophyll-a were calculated monthly and chlorophyll-a showed usually similar values to the density of the phytoplankton in both phytoplankton and epilithic flora. Also It has been determined that monthly varieties and abundance are affected negatively by rainfall. Cluster analysis, Shannon-Weaver diversity and evenness and MDS were applied on phytoplankton and epilithic flora.
