Abstract (EN)
In fact, the lack of sufficient control for the buildings that collapsed as a result of natural disasters experienced over the years or the deficiencies in the law and regulation in the inspections applied have highlighted the need to focus on building inspection practices. One of the most important aims of this thesis is how important the inspection in the constructed buildings is and the solutions to the problems encountered in the implementation of building inspection and the applications in Kırşehir. The thesis consists of six parts: In the six chapters, the process that led to the study, the purpose and the subject of the study are mentioned, information about the practices, regulations, statutes and laws in Turkey are given, and previous researches are summarized. In addition, building inspection practices in developed countries are summarized, examples, data collection, examination and evaluation stages are mentioned. The results of the survey were stated, the findings were summarized and recommendations were presented.
