Abstract (EN)

High field NMR metabolite profiles of body fluids have been studied for a long time in order to compare the spectra of healthy and sick cases. The biggest problem encountered when conducting these examinations with natural biological fluid is the phenomenon of radiation damping caused by high water signal intensity. Pre-saturation pulse techniques that suppress water are used to prevent this phenomenon. However, these techniques do not allow the measurement of NMR relief times and cause time loss when measuring too many samples. For this reason, it remains important to search for more practical techniques. In this study, 29 cancerous blood and urine samples and 28 normal blood and urine samples were collected. Mixtures were prepared by adding 0.02 mL of blood taken from each prefix to 0.98 mL of D2O and 0.06 mL of urine to 0.94 mL of D2O NMR measurements of these mixtures were carried out with a 400 MHz NMR spectrometer. Measurements were carried out at room temperature using a single pulse step. While the high field NMR spectrum of blood metalloids is in the form of a large envelope carrying some peaks; The NMR profile of the urine samples is in the form of better dissolved peaks. The metabolite profiles of normal and diseased conditions differ from each other. The current Thesis work has shown that NMR metabolite profiles can be obtained without water suppression. It also reveals that the mixture prepared with high D2O and low liquid amount leads to a simple method to obtain the urine metabolite profile.
