Relationship of Iraqi premier league volleyball players with emotional intelligence and planning thinking and accuracy of fluctuating transmission

The research was prepared with a survey study on a group of 175 volleyball players who participated in the Iraq Premier League in the 2022-2023 season. The study was completed out of the remaining 150 players who were excluded from the study because 25 players who participated in the survey gave wrong answers to the surveys. The research was carried out with descriptive analysis method, using both scanning and preservation methods in accordance with transportation. This method has been applied to the lack of an emotional intelligence dimension in the field of sports in general and especially in volleyball, and to organize appropriate tests and standards in accordance with the analyzes published in scientific requirements and seminars. It has also been tried to help the structure of the existing measurement methods of these methods. The prepared questionnaire formula was made between 12.03.2023 and 15.03.2023 by personal interview method in physical education and sports sciences vocational school, girls' vocational school, physical education and sports sciences department and physical education colleges. According to the survey groups, it is aimed that volleyball players have a strong emotional intelligence, thus having the ability to fully understand and express general judgments and their own management, to have superior control to make smart decisions, to empathize with others, to feel them and to motivate themselves. The results show that the assumption between emotional intelligence and tactical behavior is a positive (direct) measure, and the higher the emotional intelligence rating, the higher the tactical behavior rating. This is why emotional intelligence is meant to help control frustrations, impulses, and emotions, regulate mood, and face life challenges that need to be derived from them
