Abstract (EN)

Designing Job Evaluation Procedure Using Job Analysis: An Application İn The Textile Sector The aim of this study is to develop an employee-oriented business analysis system in order to analyze, classify, compare and value the jobs that the blue collar workers in the carpet factory and textile industries are doing and to implement a job valuation study that can help to set price with this developed system. 71 jobsthat only blue-collar employees were active, were valued at the business. The jobs have been analyzed using survey and observation methods that we have called the Job Scoring System survey. In describing the analyzed works, the Metal Industry Business Grouping System, in which blue-collar jobs were valued, was utilized. Considering the MESS system, factors related to job, grade definitions and job weights have been determined. A survey was applied to the managers who work in the operation to determine weighted factor scores of jobs. The factor-point method which is one of the business evaluation methods, was used in determining factor scores. Factor scores were calculated by geometric series increase method. According to the results, wage groups of jobs are determined.
