The relationship between job satisfaction and business family conflict: A research on pharmacy technicians

In this study, the relationship between job satisfaction and job family conflict was investigated. For this purpose, the findings obtained from the questionnaire application carried out by pharmacy technicians working in pharmacies in Kirklareli province are included. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that work family conflict had a negative effect on job satisfaction of pharmacy technicians. However, a negative impact on the internal and external job satisfaction of work-to-family conflict separately; it has been concluded that the conflict from family to work has a negative effect on the internal and external job satisfaction (p<0,001).
