The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational silence: An application on teachers

This rsearch was carried out to examine the relation ship between teachers' job satisfaction and organizational silence. 237 teachers working in Kırklareli Central District were included in the study. The aim of the study is to determine the job satisfaction and organizational silence levels of teachers who are employees of the education sector, and to examine the relationships between them, with the data obtained from the selected sample. A very weak negative correlation between the Organizational Silence Scale of the teachers participating in the study and the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale was found to be statistically significant.
